Booking FAQ
What happens after I book? ▼
You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation with your appointment details. For most services, your appointment is confirmed immediately. For EV charger installations and remove & reinstall jobs, we'll review your information and contact you within 24 hours to confirm.
How does the deposit work? ▼
A $50 deposit secures your appointment. The remaining balance is charged after your service is completed. For services priced per panel, we'll confirm the final amount based on your panel count.
What are the service windows? ▼
We operate Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Appointment windows are Morning (around 9am), Midday (around noon), and Afternoon (around 3pm). Your technician will arrive within the scheduled window.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? ▼
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Call 407-900-6055 or email [support@solarama.us].
How many panels do I have? ▼
Check your original installation contract, your monitoring app (Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla), or simply count them from the ground. If you're unsure, we can count them when we arrive — but having an estimate helps us prepare.
